To highlight the achievements and to propagate various aspects of the functioning of BJP led Government at Central as well as State, BJP Kashmir unit organized “Vikas Sushasan Sankalp Rallies” at different constituencies of Kashmir, on Sunday.
While speaking at different rallies BJP’s district and constituency presidents gave details of the ongoing projects and the initiatives being taken by the Central Government and highlighted the works done by the State Government in the last one-year.
The motive of the rallies was to reach out to the masses and spread awareness about different schemes and their benefits launched by the Central Government in the Kashmir.
“Through this yatra we want to convey to the general public that the agenda of the Modi Government is clear and it doesn’t discriminate with any section of the society,” BJP State Media Secretary and Media In-Charge Kashmir, Altaf Thakur said.
“The workers also briefed the gatherings about various schemes and projects launched by BJP with a sole motive of overall development and welfare of all the sections of the society without any regional bias,” Thakur said.
The rallies were held by BJP workers at HomeShalibug, Devsar by Manzoor Kulgami; Dooru by Gul Mohammad Mir and M Sadiq Khan; Anantnag, Kukarnag by Rafiq Wani; Bijbehara by Veer Saraf and Pinka Malik; Shopian- Wachi by Javed Qadri and Waseem Raja; Budgam by G H Khan; Lolab by Mohammad Jamal Bhat; Ganderbal by Bashir A Bhat, Sheikh Rashhid; Kangan by Bashir A Bhat, G H Rather, Fayaz Bhat and Bilal Parry.
During the rallies more than 200 people at Achabal and 50 people at Mamar Kangan joined the BJP.
